We had an amazing stay at a spacious and comfortable apartment with a refreshing plunge pool. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and mall. Daily cleaning and air conditioning made our stay very pleasant. The beds were cozy, providing us with a good night's sleep.

The uncomfortable and perished sun lounges. It would have been great to have more comfy mattress lounges to enjoy the sun.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. It offers a great deal for a fraction of the price of similar accommodations in the area. Moreover, the attention to detail is remarkable. From the clean and tidy rooms to the lovely balcony space, every aspect of the hotel is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a major plus, as it is close to everything we needed - just a minute away from the center of town and conveniently close to the airport.

During our stay at Kuta Reef Apartments, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-furnished self-serviced apartment. The apartment had high-quality amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of a mall and various convenience stores. The location was ideal, with easy access to grocery stores, spas, souvenir shops, restaurants. The private plunge pool provided a perfect spot for memorable family moments. Despite a minor issue with mosquitoes in the room upon check-in, the owner was quick to respond and provided repellents immediately. They also ensured that the mosquito problem was resolved for the rest of our stay. Although the air conditioning in the master bedroom was not as effective as in other areas, the overall experience at Kuta Reef Apartments was fantastic. We highly recommend it for families looking for a great place to stay. we will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay in this hotel was simply amazing! We were impressed by the location, close to the airport and the mall. We cannot express how much we enjoyed the beautiful and fully equipped apartment. The views from the balcony were outstanding, and the bed linens made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel. The apartment was also soundproof which helped us relax anytime. The cleaning service was just fantastic, and we loved having access to the hotel facilities.

It would have been better if the check-in process was clearer and more straightforward.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bali. The apartment was beautifully clean and tidy, with modern furnishings and a lovely balcony space. The apartment rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen for cooking. The hotel's facilities and services are outstanding. You can order room service at reasonable prices, and the comfort and privacy of the apartment rooms are unparalleled. The location of the hotel is prime, having everything from mini-marts, bars, restaurants, and massage parlors close by. The hotel staff, cleaners, and hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The WIFI connection was a bit dodgy, making it difficult to work smoothly. Laundry and oven services were not available, and having these would have been an added advantage.
